i was introduced to these in my early 30's and have been practicing them off and on since. now im in my 40s and i can say they help greatly in overall health and equilibrium

I did the Rites for a series of months in my early 20s. Did them again for the first time at age 34. Did not realize the pain, stiffness and tightness in my body.

God sent help. Hormone recovery and youth regain. Health regain... For me I was dying....stress, sadness, slowness, etc...

I do them too btw look up heart imagery by Daniel Mitel they show the heart imagery 7 Tibetan rites

I have to get back into these. Do you know how the different excercises relate specifically to the glands you mentioned? Ie Which exercise: which gland.. and if so, how? Or how I could find out?

Hello, I am quite ill and want to use the rites for healing and more energy. I cannot get into position 4 because of my restricted joints. I can get my hip up just about 20 cm. Should I just practice the small range or leave it out entirely? Will the rites still be effective?
