I have a question: If you construct the head with intially, a sphere, doesn't it make the center line a curve accordingly? Personally that kind of thinking makes sense to me (note that I'm not actually talking abt curving the line to create a rythm, but to adhere to the geometric volume of the sphere). But at the same time, your method also makes sense, it's just that when I tested it out, I noticed that I still have to adjust the protrusions and dents of the face accordingly to a sphere (which isn't all that tough tbh, just takes a bit of time). That said, I feel like whether going for a curve or a straight line doesn't actually make much of a different, but it could be that I'm misunderstanding your point, or something was lost in my translation. Hope you can clarify.

this reminds me of my own technique to temporarily draw where the face is.

if you were to imagine it, its like sticking a flat board that extrudes downwards on a ball.

boom, outlines of a soon to be head. very effective technique, can move it around in perspective how i like it

Im a big fan of your educational shorts. Can you make some sort of compilation or volume 1 of the shorts youve done so far?

I use Loomis method to draw face so i need to curve the line also i don't exaggerate the curves like you did in the picture it's a slight curve

Isn’t that incorrect though. The loomis method has curves, and to show correct placement in a 3/4 view don’t you have to curve the eye placement?
