Thank you for making this video! I'm in my 20s and I've been a fan of y'all's show for a couple months now.

Probably my biggest financial regret over the past 5 years was convincing myself i needed a $25k Honda. It wasn't outside of my means but i could've easily gotten a $10k car and put the rest into retirement. That wouldve been especially nice given that money has so much time to grow. Thankfully my wife and I hustled to get it paid off quick. She's one kick-butt life-teammate!

Probably my greatest financial decision over the past 5 years was forgoing the college experience because of cost. Instead i stayed at home and did community college and went to a local university afterwards to finish up my degree. Now i hold zero student loans because i was able to pay them off quick and cashflow much of my degree.

At 26 with no dependents, I've made it my mission to use every penny on investments so around 60% saved monthly (currently at 150k invested). Not that I don't have fun, but this is so when I do have a family, I can lay off the gas and let the compound interest do a lot of the job for me as I provide for my hypothetical family.

I love your guys' messages and its really helped me focus on providing for 10 years on and if possible, the next generation as well.

the more research i do about saving i lean 50/50 with 401k bc again we never know if we will make it to see 60 for retirement
