Please help me to understand because I love kettlebell workouts. But I see you guys do this with the press or jerk. U rest your elbow and weight over your hips. But you’re arching your back and to me it looks like there is a lot of pressure on your lower back - is the form correct ? Thank you

The single arm air wrestling press is a classic!
On the dead lift you forgot to also over extend backwards at the top 😂

What’s funny is I don’t know how to do the wrong ways anymore. It’s such second nature I’d have to try to bang my wrist etc.

If I overhead press the “correct” way, it kills my rotator cuffs.

Nice, except that for your two handed press.
I wouldn't have the handle in your face like that, either hold the bell upside down with both hands on the handle or the bell.
Rule No. 1, Don't hit yourself in the face.
