The snatch frequency advice is really spot-on. When I started out I used to do tons of snatches with bad technique, and hurt my palm skin & shoulders on the way. And I also destroyed a tile from my house floor... now I do it once a week, not going all-out but keep on slow & steady advancement.

Also, I remember the videos in which you went down on the hardstyle school. I even left some critical comments there. I kept on watching your videos though because it was great channel nevertheless. I'm glad that you opened up with time to new ideas & changed some of your opinions. That's really shows great character, maybe more than anything else.

The mindset switch from “muscle groups” to every workout is a whole body workout is huge- it has caused me no end of stress!

I've got 12 years in kettlebells, and this was an excellent presentation.

Knew most of it, but it's good to get reinforcement from time to time. Your advice should help many.

I'do this monster lift. Outside circle clean and press windmill or snatch windmill 5 times inside swing clean and press windmill or snatch windmill 5 times. Crossbody clean press windmill 5 times. Inside circle snatch windmill five times or clean or press windmill five times. Outside circle clean and press windmill five times or snatch window five times. That is considered one set. once I do the same thing on the other arm I must do that 10 times. I also started my front rack squats and I do that monster lift in a staggered stance

I do this new thing where I press my 35lb kettlebell up and I start doing ipsilateral and contralateral.and I put my knees and all the different directions and front side back. Then I fully extend my leg front side and back. Ipsilateral and contralateral. And then I switch arms and repeat the process please tell me what you think of this

Gutes Video. Warum machst du keine Videos mehr in deutsch? Also ja, für die Reichweite aber ich find's schade. Fand deine alten Videos auch gut. Ich finde kettlebellsport super weil man da in der Coronazeit sein eigenes Heimstudio machen kann. Ich hab auch schon einige Fehler gemacht die du in den misttakes genannt hast. Coaching ist glaub ich die beste Möglichkeit das zu lernen, weil ich finde, dass die Übungen sehr komplex sind in der Koordination.
