Guys I don’t think what he means is to work non-stop 24 hours a day, because that’s just impractical. And even detrimental actually, so the point is not that you spend every waking hour working so your stressed out and tired, the point is to make every waking hour worthwhile. So if your in your phone or in youtube, if your watching, reading, or seeing things that, let’s say, taught you something new, made you think, or brought some benefit to you, I would consider that a worthwhile use of your time. The point is to live your life to its full potential so your not spending a single hour on something that brings you no positives, or even worse, on something that’s guaranteed to begin you something negative. It’s not about working hard all the time, although hard work is one way to make worthwhile use of your time, even when your just chilling, you can be doing something that doesn’t waste your time.
