In Germany, Norway etc. Women will approach a man they like, or give him strong indication that he should approach. For American men who have never had this happen to them, it's unreal. I never understood the weird games you must play in America.

What you do, is that you go with a friend, spot some nice girls at the coffee shop. Try to see if a girl is looking at you, and if she is give her a little nod, or a little wink, or at least keep the eye contact for enough time so that she notices.

See if she starts touching her hair playfully or if she gets annoyed. If anything you should be able to pick up those signals that she is interested VS that she's annoyed.

Now, if she is interested or at least - if she isn't annoyed this is what you do:

1) Step one - the approach:

You go up to the girls, and you say to them

"Hey guys whats up?"
They will tell you "hi!"

Here you can say something generic, for example you can say something about the weather, or about the good time that you are all having, or remark on how good the coffee is or the chocolate that you are having and that they should try it... Something very positive and general about the place and the mood that you are in.

2) Step two - the intel

Very quickly you should try to find out where the girls are from. Each girl that tells you where she's from, you shake her hand and you ask what her name is. Key point here - *REMEMBER THE NAME*

That's why finding small groups works better for you, because its just less information to remember...

Now that you know their names and they know yours - you need to somehow get the intel of which girl is more likely to be single. You can achieve that by asking them generaly where they live, and what the rents are there, how can they cope with such high prices and ... do they live alone or not.

You want to target the girl that looks at you the most, answers your questions the most, shows signs of interest the most, and even better if you think that she might be single.

3) Step 3 - the steal

Now you need to tell the girls that you want to ask for a favor. Whichever girl responds (appart from your target) speak to her directly and either in her ear or out loud - ask for her to give permission to you to "steal" her friend for a little moment.

If everything goes well, you should get their approval - REMEMBER - *DONT BEG* and NEVER say "SORRY" EVER.

4) Step 4 - the walk

Now that you got the approval its time to get the target's approval too. But you need to become instantly physical with her - take her hand, ask or force her to walk her our for a brief moment so that you can talk. Here to can even speak to her in the ear and tell her that you want to tell her a secret, etc...

So, take her by the hand and walk her out of the cafeteria to some quiet point that you can start talking to her.

5) Step 5 the 1 to 1

Now that you are 1 to 1, you need to seduce her. And that is a whole other discussion, but basically you need to act like a salesman, marketing videos can help you a lot here. Piercing eye contact, Alpha male vibes, swinging between acting like a bad boy and a nice guy so that she is always thrown off, becoming physical, becoming sexual, NEVER begging, NEVER buying your way to anywhere. You want to become a challenge to her and genuinely build a connection.

If that happens - take her number, insta, facebook whatever you want... And return back to your buddy.
