The way I would approach a beautiful woman I saw across my way is act like it’s a networking event:

1) Smile and make eye contact
2) Walk up to her and shake her hand and ask what her name is. (This catches a woman off guard because they aren’t really used to that)
3) The conversation should be about her. Ask her what her name is, what she thinks about the environment you are at, where’s she’s from, etc
4) LISTEN. When you ask for her number, say something like “let me get your number and we can get some coffee from (place she mentioned in conversation)

Jessica made a great point, it's not as difficult as it seems. Beautiful women are also looking for true love just as anyone else, try to approach like you would do with any other woman really (in my view). Just be genuine and natural and try not to impress too much, there's no need for that. Actually, that's a mistake men make around beautiful women, trying to impress too much, when what they actually need (most of them not all), it's commitment and simplicity. xx
