I'd say you're wrong about saving touching her until the first kiss or right before. That of course does not mean to touch her when you introduce yourself, yeah that's a bit weird. But if you get the date and things are going well (to the point where you know you'll go for/she's receptive to a kiss later), break the touch barrier before the kiss. As simple as a quick hand on the back as you guide her through the door you opened will tell you everything you need to know. But a first kiss if you've never broken contact at all is always less comfortable. So it's really weird that you jumped from touching at first meeting her to not touching her until the end of a date with a first kiss. There is an in between, you know....

When you meet a woman in any of these specific locations I mentioned above, walking up to her and introducing himself, should he start a conversation based on that particular location for example in a shopping mall by trying to engage in a conversation about that premises and after the conversation at the end he says it’s nice meeting you and having a healthy conversation with her and demanding her phone number ? Or should he walk straight to her after introducing himself and saying that he just saw a beautiful woman and couldn’t resist her by saying that he likes and appreciates the beautiful woman he sees, that’s why he came and started to initiate a conversation and demanding her phone number without being creepy, which one of the format of approaching scenarios is much better ?
