Enable Hyper-V Nested Virtualization on Windows Server 2016

Nested Virtualization is a new feature in Windows Server 2016 and it help you build test labs more easily than before since now you can have Hyper-V hosts as virtual machines. This feature is also used in Containers which is also new to 2016.
