The application process for SSD and SSI can be a fairly long and involved ordeal. As Social Security attorneys, unfortunately there's usually not much we can do to speed the process along. However, what we CAN do, is guide you through the entire process. Our experienced lawyers and staff can ensure that all your paperwork is properly submitted and all deadlines are met, so that your claim runs smoothly.

That's like me. I got contacted by a agency that helps with SSI, . The original person I talked to said it would take 2 or 3 years.?? What's the point in it, doesn't make sense to wait that long. It's bad enough that my health is out of control. No exercise is not very healthy. Another story, I get from both sides, retire, and don't retire just wait two years. Jobs there are I don't qualify for. Others don't call me back. I did have two jobs, but the first job oh my gosh it killed my back. The pain was so bad I couldn't go back. The second job was great, only less than a month I lost the job. Now trying to get the rent and light bill paid. It's tough I honestly don't know what to do. Retire or don't yet

American seniors are so greedy. Why all the talk about undeserved Federal welfare benefits? This discussion should not be occurring in a public forum. It is embarrassing!
