I'll have to try this. I haven't done any overclocking since the early 2000's. I guess I'm just paranoid of damaging my stuff. lol

The new one click is AWESOME. Ive tried SO MANY optimization videos, and many actually caused issues instead of helping. I went from 25-30 fps to a solid 35-45 with the new setup. Super helpful

I'd like to learn what the results actually mean... and how they translate to FPS in games. I am a new PC gamer and have no idea how to gauge the results and if they are actually worth it or not in the long run.

Why didnt you use the Undervolt option? Thats the most useful thing. But dont know how its working in this Nvidia app yet, i use afterburner.

Overclocking today’s modern CPU or GPU is completely just for bragging rights. You will only see minimal gains at cost of shortening the lifespan of the hardware.

Just installed the app and did the GPU optimization. Does the app need to stay opened (minimized) for GPU OC to be active, or I can close it?

Wow, this is great so what I’m gathering if you have this app, you can change your Microsoft flight simulator settings without having to launch the Sim and go to settings. Is that right? And control everything from the app and not go into the video control panel. oh and my friend, I just wanted to know are you still using the bings map enhancement. I would love to download it just wanna make sure you’re not having any problems with it. Thank you my friend. Keep them coming.

Thanks for showing the functions. Sadly still no voltage curve editor. My most optimization comes from undervolting (CPU & GPU).

Hi there. I have had the Nvidia App for a few months now. I started to have problems with Geforce Experience, so swapped to the app instead. There is one thing in the settings. I saw another flight sim channel recommend that "Image Scaling" be turned off. I am no expert, so I don't know which is the best option. My system is a Ryzen 9 5950X, 32GB ram, Geforce RTX 3060 with a widescreen monitor at 3440 x 1440. I have tons of SSD hard drive space. I have been experimenting with various settings, and have got Flight Simulator looking pretty decent now. I get around 45fps with Nvidia DLSS turned on, and about 35fps with it turned off. Going to try this 1 click overclock in the app for sure. Thanks for the video.

Got both GPU brands 7900xtx and rtx4090 (amd, nvidia); but still nvidia has some work to do, to reach amd adrenaline level of GPU control.

I think you would have a better result when giving the tool some headroom by for example put the temp slider higher or voltage or both. Especially if you've cards where you can go beyond the 100% power limit. Of course, such settings consume also more power but if you want a higher fps you shouldn't leave the sliders at default.

It totally trashed my game settings. the recommended settings are rubbish. Games ran worse with this, I've uninstalled back to driver only install, much better
