very true. Nice guys often are fence sitters, and will play multiple sides in the workplace just to please everyone. You can never count on them to give you real advice or go above and beyond. They are often taken advantage of and are given the short ends of any stick and are fired and replaced first.

Two-minute videos are really tough for some topics. This might be one of them. I'd love to hear some examples of what you consider "nice." Nice and kind are synonyms to me, but we might have different definitions or experiences. Can you unpack "nice" a little more?

Nice people are afraid to be themselves.



Or maybe they just are being themselves. People who care about other people.
