Sunday Reset!!
I set aside 2-3hours each Sunday to get ahead for the week to come.
I plan on a Friday or Saturday night - Write my shopping list
I shop or collect my groceries on a Sunday and start prepping meals.
This saves us time and money as well as reducing the mental load of having to think what to cook each night.
