I think yoga is done barefoot. I did it for 17 years and loved it. I went to norscot Manor in fourways 2 or 3 times a week. Since coming to UK I did it for a couple of years but when I turned 70 and covid hit I gave up.

I tried to make a smoothie with strawberries, it was pink, i put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours, i don't know why it turned brown
