Russia's invasion of Ukraine: A priest's perspective

Protopresbyter Serhiy Antoniuk fought in Afghanistan as part of the Soviet forces, and when the war started in Ukraine in 2014, he became a chaplain with the armed forces of Ukraine.

Following Russia’s all-out invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, he joined the territorial defence forces. He explains the role of a soldier at war, and how his own military experience is helping him to help others.
