No that’s not it. How do you add a user so you can receive photos?? Video is basically worthless. Does not tell you how to set up the actual function of the frame beyond power and Wi-Fi.

My PhotoShare will only connect to wifi occasionally. Most of the time it won't. Whats up with that?

I've watched this a dozen times and other videos as well. I have a new PhotoShare. Plugged in, connected to 'net. When screen pops up to download the app, I touch screen and nothing happens. App link will not work???

Help me out, here. The time zone was set by the network, and I can’t find any setting for Auto On/Off or a timer. Has this feature been discontinued?

Reset everything - Internet connection, router, reinstalled app, even a factory reset. Frame is 8 months old and can no longer send or receive pictures from family. Worked great up until it didn't. No response from customer service. So frustrating!

I plug this in and nothing comes on to choose time zone, add internet NOTHING!!! All it does is spin a blue circle in the middle with the words photoshare frame in the middle. So frustrating...guess I will buy a different brand since I'm getting no help
