We've been having whole lemon blended with fresh ginger, mint leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and a dash of honey. It tastes delicious tho a tad bitter. I blend the above in bulk and then fill my ice trays with the pulp mixture. Everyday, I take out 3-4 cubes of it and add it to warm water and drink it warm

Great info that really needs all the help it can get to reach enough people and become common knowledge. This holds true for a lot of fruits, not just lemons. Just be careful with store bought fruit, avoid if you can.

Good video, thanks. Most days, I blend 1/2 lemon in ~6 ounces of water. I leave it slightly chunky. The largest bits of the peel float to the top. So some chewing is needed. I may add a few berries but the taste is ok with just water. I consume this across my waking day to continuously thwart a certain chemical that I want less of -- it might be working
