I have a 2017 Fiesta ST 42k miles untuned. Im the other unicorn in the universe🤙. It's hard to justify the tune when the car comes from the factory with a lot of punch. One thing I would point out is weight reduction, specifically wheels and tires. I went from factory to rota slipstreams 16" dropped solid 10lb a corner and it was shocking! Freakishly different from stock. Waited way to long for wheel set up. To any Fist owners Don't wait on the wheels and don't go heavy! Kills the performance of this pocket rocket 👌

Ok guys, I have a 14 Fiesta ST, I bought it new, it has 103, 000+ miles on it, my mods are a bigger intercooler, MBPR exhaust, short shift kit, rear motor mount, intake and a Cobb stage two Tune. I can totally relate to your differences of the two cars, the reason his car with the 215-45 has body roll is its design for 205-40, I did the thing on my second set of tires and I hated them, and went back to 205-40, I'm on my 6th set of tires and only have about 5, 000 miles left on this set, I run Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4's and love them, phenomenal grip, they are guaranteed for 45, 000 miles, I get 20, 000, I like driving on three wheels, it's great because they prorate the tires and I get a new set for about five hundred bucks. At 74 years young this will be my last car, I love it, I've had 13 cars and 9 motorcycles in my life, and by far my ST is the most fun I've had driving. Enjoy your cars guys. The Fiesta Flash.

*Crazy... The Recaro seats are the reason why I even knew this car existed. I was googling "recaro seats" and a pic of the ST seats showed up, and I was like WOW. I need to know what car these seats belong to... And it was all history from there. But I'm up in Canada and we can't even get the car without Reacros. They weren't an option, they were just a part of the car. It just feels really weird to have a sporty car that was made for handling and canyon carving and to have base economy seats in there. I see it more like the US versions came with 2 options: the normal version, and the nerfed version. And it's funny how people would rather choose the nerfed version. It's like if a sports car came with high performance summer tires, or touring tires. And people would pick the touring tires. Something not right with that combo imo. I would not choose touring tires even if they were cheaper, unless my plan was to immediately swap them out for high performance tires of my choice afterward.*

I'm getting a 2019 just haven't made up my mind whether to get one modded or to get a stock one.
I feel like I want around 250 to 300 hp either now or eventually.

Love this film! such a great idea to review two similar modded cars and get more than the "i just installed it its gotta be doing something" butt dyno feel. This is a much more scientific approach to ride feel/style! Love the cars Jared and Austin!

I had the base seats in my 17 for about 2000 miles before I swapped to the full recaro interior. The base seats have almost no bolstering.
