A ban on body armor is a violation of the 2nd amendment. A body armor manufacturer or retailer of body armor has no obligation to vet buyer.

When I was in construction, we got pulled into a lawsuit for a construction defect. It had nothing to do with what we had sold since everything we had sold had, went into the ground, and the defect was above ground. But they brought everybody that had ever touched into the lawsuit and we had to defend ourselves for quite a while until we got through it. This is the kind of thing that the courts are allowing and it’s disgraceful.

What about the crappy judge that allows these types of lawsuits to continue beyond the defendant's motion to dismiss? Scumbag lawyers wouldn't be able to do anything if the judges would immediately dismiss these types of cases. Judges should be the primary people who get criticism for this state of affairs.
