So, the current version of the Body Armour Control Act in Alberta no longer has an exemption for those who have been issued a valid PAL.

It would be wonderful to see an updated version of this legal interpretation.

As for body armour plates where would the crown fall if the plates where not manufactured by a company but where home made from simple materials bought and sold at most places. What do you think would happen? And im asking about what do think would happen in alberta canada

If i own a pal and own body armor am I allowed to wear it to a firing range or vast crown land? I know you covered this but im afraid i could get untrouble even if i own it am i allowed to wear it for safety reasons without a permit
