This was because I cut out all processed foods, sugar, dairy, and junk food from my diet. 🍕🍔🥛🍩
At the time I lived on fruits, vegetables, coconut water and simple protein like daal. This is one thing that I swear by! 🍉🍅🥥
Secondly, when I went for my Yoga course to Mysore, my Ayurveda teacher opened my eyes about chemicals in soaps, shampoos and creams. 🧼🧴
Many of these are filled with carcinogens and can get into our blood stream dirtying the internal environment of the body. That’s when I switched completely to natural skincare. I now use oils like almond oil, coconut oil as moisturiser and buy organic soaps and shampoos. 🌱
Yes, they don’t make my hair smooth and shiny but have accepted my curly frizzy hair and now I honestly love the way they look 👩🏽🦱
The most important thing is to be stress free and emotionally stable. The more we judge ourselves and others, the more resentment we carry in our hearts, the worse our health becomes, skin and all including! 🖤
So find opportunities to de-stress regularly. Take walks in nature, sunbathe, swim, write a journal, build loving connections and practice gratitude. 🌴☀️🏊📝
