To achieve smooth, glowing skin:
1 - Staying hydrated is key. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day.
2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once.
3 - I stay away from all types of soap.
4 - I avoid junk food.
5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
Together, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

Before I used to use so many products on my face but from last 2 weeks I am doing my facewash and justt applying alovera gel before sleeping and whenever I go ouside then I just apply sunscreen and before I used to have 4 to 5 pimples a week but from last 2 week I didn't even saw a single pimple❤ also I decrease my sugar absorption and I drink lots of water
