Adjusters claim insurance companies manipulate reports to avoid paying claims

Insurance field adjusters are blowing the whistle. Several adjusters claim insurance companies manipulated their reports to pay homeowners less money or deny their claims all together.

We were just hit by Hurricane Ian and a tree dropped into our dining room. Proctor insurance barely gave us a decent number to properly fix all of the issues and then they didn't even help us so we were left with no help. Insurance companies are absolute scandals. I'm disgusted with how they could not help my mother a disabled woman or my two children 6 years old and 4 years old. They just left us with nothing, no help no nothing

The Insurer and Inside Claims personnel need to lose they're licensing and fined big time. This is absolutely absurd.
