I never ever give a copy of my Xactimate estimate to the property owner client until they make the decision to hire a contractor as their insurance restoration contractor, who is hired to perform all repairs that are prescribed by the insurance claim. This is one of the many critical mistakes to avoid on insurance claims that is covered in this video, along with other high level insurance adjuster defeating tips and strategies.

Speaking on the size of the estimate, most of the time they won’t even accept files over a certain size on their system. From my experience it’s usually around 75 pages lol

Talks about signing contract but in Maryland contingency contracts don’t hold up in court, and you can only give a contingency once the final insurance contract is approved then is the final contract

Iv seen a few of your videos but i can't find any that talks about what to do when the insurance adjuster is not using xactimate but a different program and that is their excuse about keeping lower pricing.
