You can also use certain types of mosquito net hoods. Either white plastic mesh or some are fine metallic mesh. You can see out perfectly, but it hides your face very well. You obviously look a little odd, but you won't be recognisable on camera. Just for information purposes of course, no criminal intent. There are times when you might want to hide your identity without being upto criminal activity.

How about taking 4 infrared illuminating diodes out of old TV remotes, and mounting on the bill of a ball cap. The 9volt battery can be concealed in the cap. My info is that people won't see anything during the day, but on the cameras, your face will be washed out.

Last year I came back with the bike from the Ardennes, 217 km
I had my hood on and my sunglasses, Mid-summer.
After so many kilometers you can even get cold on the bike.
I ran into my own city, past the police station,
And before I knew it, I had 2 police cars that stopped me.
When I asked them why they stopped me, I got this:
Anti terror law! And I live in Belgium damned.
When they asked me to check my backpack, they were shocked.
What is this they asked? (food leftovers, ropes etc)
My buchcraft material sir, I answered coldly.
I myself was not checked on my body.
The only place where I had all my weapons.
When they let me drive away I thought: if I were a terrorist now, you were SO DEAD.
When I asked them why they found me suspicious to stop: Mr. you drive with a backpack on the back, a cap and hood and sunglasses, in mid summer = suspect.

You can also require that all your data is deleted so it’s not really an issue as they generally require your consent beforethey start gathering information in the UK
