Forget the video. It’s useless. In my case I lost the feed from all cameras and the flash on each camera strobed.A wire came loose on one camera. Troubleshooting involved disconnecting power to all the cameras, removing the power splitter then reconnecting power 1 by 1 to isolate the faulty connection. Fixed it and now all is well again. Good luck!

Guess we have to pretty much figure out what is wrong.
After every power outage my camera system goes back to the year of 2012.
But then I just reset it to the normal date.
Guess I will have to watch that now after every power outage.
Just really bugs when the system all of a sudden goes to a completely different year.
Would like to know what causes that.

Everything is working find But I’ve noticed one troubling issue When viewing back footage theirs no sound Only if it’s playing in real time.

I looked at setting features But not system as to reboot it

Do I manually press reset to fix it
Once again I hear sound in realtime

lmfaooo what is the point of this video? this literally mentions everythign that could go wrong at in a security system....its common sense that any of these things messes up will lead to video loss. It is not solving any problem

My neighbor and I have the same wired cameras. I was on the phone with him while watching my cameras and a car was going by and all my cameras started too go fuzzy like. I told him what happened n he checked his cameras and his did the same thing when this particular car went by his house . Basically not even a second apart from each others system. Like I said they are wired. No Wi-Fi, . What did that car have in it too do that too our cameras? A scrambler perhaps?
