I learned everything I know about making pizza from the pizza masters on Youtube! Now it's my turn to pay it forward! I'll be sharing my super secret (not) technique I developed (copied) from all my favorite channels.

2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, olive oil
4-5 cups flour
3/4 cup sauce (salt, oregano)
1/4 pound of dry cheese/pizza
Fresh mozzarella to top

'Nduja optional. ;)

Amazing video Omar. Very rich and flavored storytelling. Even flawless IMO. You really can approach any other topics. It’s light, fun, smooth. I also felt the love behind the making and the sharing and for the pizza also of course. And I wanted to have a pizza or even start to cook one where I never want to cook and pretty much suck at it. So I guess it is complete success. Enjoy!

Concerning the tomato sauce: I use 8 spoons of olive oil on 0.5 litres of tomato sauce. It's just awesome.

Next you should show us, how to make a proper cappuccino. 😂

I love the Italian with a Latino accent! 😄 Once I ate pizza (and tomatoes) during my first to Italy, I never accepted ordinary pizza again in the States, so I appreciate this video. Interestingly, I was highly gluten-intolerant for many years except during my trips to Italy. I could eat pasta and pizza with no problem. Years later I found out about the differences in grain here in the U.S. Anyway, this is a nice departure from camera stuff. Thanks Omar!

Great work. I went absolutely down the rabbit hole with pizza making, I only do it now if I have a lot of time and in the right mood, otherwise I use a good quality ready pizza, do the topping myself and use my pizza oven to cook it.

Best tip I found was fridging the dough for a day or 3. Make so much difference to the taste and texture.

I liked how you kneaded your dough. Was quite informative for someone who desires a spiral mixer but can't afford the cost and space.

Woah the commitment💛 I wonder how many different versions you tried until you got to your preferred one😄 Yep, the fear of mislaunched is real. It was my first disaster with the pizza oven - not knowing this could happen💀 To this day it's one of my biggest fear in pizza making. I don't work with 70 % hydration anymore. Too much stress if you don't work quickly enough😅

Corn flour / Semolina - put that instead of flour on your pizza peel and the pizzas will slide off super easy!
