Seriously i have been suffering from eye contact anxiety over seven years, due to that i have lost friendship, scored less marks, and went through false judgement. I degraded myself too. My life is full of negativity. Hope your tips could change difference in my life.

Also, on a sidenote, do you find that you manifest video content at a time when it feels most relevant to you?

This eye contact video has come up only a day after i found my own eye contact improving massively.

I let myself truly listen to the other person with an open and relaxed body and face and with connected eyes as they spoke. And it made things improve so much.

And this has only been made easier for me since I've been letting my repressed anger come up to be let go of.

Because it's that sense of anger and control over others that i was avoiding due to fear of my own strength combined with a lifetime of repressed anger. And now im healing from it, i feel better at making eye contact again 😘

We are literally sitting on a pot of gold ( bodily sensations). It is everything we could ever want but the mind ( a thought) tells us otherwise, " its not enough, youll find something better in the future( which doesn't exist) 😂😂 Its actually funny but also really sad we have all ended up like this ( lost in the illusory world of thought)

I don't know why but when i am speaking to someone and look into his eye i unintentionally make a hard gaze(an angry face or angry eyes), i tried hard to have soft gaze or soft eyes but he feels something akward, but iam unable to have eye contact even for 2secs and then i break eye contact.
