Purchased one about a month ago and was actually surprised how simple they made it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a suppressor.

Do everything except the finger prints at home then all you have to do is login to your account at the kiosk and do prints.
After that they are on file and you can buy as many suppressors as you want and they do all the paperwork.
Finger print tip: If it is having a hard time picking up your prints on a certain finger run that finger on the bottom of your shoe or any dusty surface to get something in the groves of your finger print. It will make them stand out more to the scanner.

Damn you Silencer shop! I clicked on the video thinking a law had changed and wait times had been cut in half. You got me!

The wait time it’s not silencershops fault, it’s the ATFs fault. The process is definitely much easier to do it with SS.

Anyone who has bought a suppressor with silencer shop needs to read this. If you are currently waiting on a suppressor (it's at your dealer) YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR DEALER TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE SIGNED SO THAT YOUR FORM 4 CAN BE SUBMITTED. I have purchased 14 suppressors from Silencer shop and on 9 of them the dealer (2 different dealers) already had the silencer for WEEKS and and had not signed for the Form 4 to be submitted. I have spoken to silencer shop about this and apparently they've done nothing to address it. I would hate for someone to be months in and find out their form 4 hadn't even been submitted. PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR FORM 4!

The way to reduce the wait time is to REMOVE silencers from know if there’s any movement to push the safe heating act that’s trying to remove silencers from NFA? I called the sponsors of this act about a year ago and told them I support it but haven’t heard anything new.

I just started the process to buying my first can yesterday, I thought the process was just too much hassle to be worth it. Silencer shop definitely making these devices much more accessible. I live in Kitsap county so I'm using tankworx as my dealer as well, its a fantastic gun shop.

Listening to awkward silence help me buy all my cans. It also gave enough knowledge to educate those around me and help them into their first can

Silencer shop does make it easier, (you still do everything legally). Wait time was 301 days. From "check cashed" to phone call to come get it.

The beauty of the kiosk is once you have all your info (trust fingerprints etc etc) all the following purchases is crazy easy with the kiosk, but yeah waiting times sucks still

Thx. Very helpful. I own a silencer co hybrid 46. I’ve been wanting a new one and saw a kiosk at a local gun store. Now I know it’s easy to use with already being on the books should be easy. Thanks a lot thanks again.

Thank you for the information. I am looking forward to purchasing a CAN soon. I like the models that you spoke about. I have one item on the NFA with a ATF tax stamp.
