Since ATF wants to hang their hats on the tax scheme, why aren't the lawyers bringing up the unconstitutional taxing of enunerated rights?

We need to see the NFA tax disappear!!! Suppressors and short barrels do NOT make firearms anymore dangerous. We don’t have to pay taxes on a handgun which is concealable, so why do we have to pay taxes on an SBR when it is NOT concealable on a person’s body unless they are wearing impractical clothing

We pay taxes on parts to build the rifle. We pay taxes to buy a completed SBR. How are we avoiding taxes?! Tell the aft to stfu!

Why does the government say I have to have a muffler on my car and on my lawnmower, but I have to ask permission and pay the feds to have a muffler on my gun?

Nah ATF, you don't get to make a rule (that you think is a law) then demand you CANT be held accountable

Who knew the ATF was a tax collection agency and I had to pay a tax to use my rights.

The judges better not fall for their idiot tactics. How can you tax a right?

Funny, considering it is Constitutionaly Illegal to charge taxes and fees to exercise your Constitutional Rights and Laws 🤔🤔

Paying a tax for a right seems unconstitutional

Why should not paying $200 in taxes equal 10 years in prison.

Really........

They have admitted to the courts that suppressors are not firearms, tobacco or alcohol. In that case they have zero authority to regulate or control them.

The NFA is a Firearms registry. Which is Illegal.

Never forget most of these cases have people in prison for nothing.

I would love a curve ball on all this. Get the court to declare that you cannot tax a right, thus ALL NFA taxes are unconstitutional.

Trying to avoid tyranny. If Feds spend time on the border and or protecting Americans it would be “safer”!

The only relief the ATF should ever receive should be their disbandment.

Enough! We need a ruling which denies government power to regulate barrel lengths of firearms. Any regulation of barrel length infringes on the citizen's right to determine the best barrel length for their use.

As the second amendment is a right, everything related to it should be tax exempt

If it is a Tax as claimed by the ATF, to be a valid Tax it would have to have started as a Tax Bill in the U.S. House of Representatives, if not it is an unenforceable Tax if I understand the
Constitution correctly.
