I’d cook the potatoes using broth and make sure to put some seasoning in them when mashing them. That would help the flavor palette for sure!

Potato candy! It’s three ingredients, peel and boil a russet potato mix in powdered sugar slowly until you make a dough (I think it’s like 2-4cps) then you just roll it out, spread on a whole jar of peanut butter and finally roll it up into a big log.

You could technically eat it right away but it is best enjoyed frozen overnight and then sliced into little spiral cookie sized pieces.

The boiled potato acts as both the liquid and the structure (like flour or starch would) and the coolest part is that when you’re like halfway through adding the powdered sugar the whole mix looks like it has melted. They’re really delicious but would definitely give you a sugar rush, enjoy!
