I love this series cuz as a vegetarian beeing able to lear non meat dishes is awesome

If you use corn flour, add some butter, and water and do the same thing you have an arepa! If you cook it on a skillet it’s a Colombian style arepa, if you cook it in the oven it’s Venezuelan style.

i tried these and my only note is that the potato should have extra spices added to make it more flavorful and you can substitute canola oil frying for butter. also try swiss as an alternative to mozzarella!

Wow. I will be trying this. That nori strip makes me think you could make a sweet and sour dipping sauce or drizzle. And then that made me think of possibly putting a cream cheese mixture in the potato. Alright, now I'm rambling. Thanks for the great idea!
