Just want to praise the tip to clip the smith machine bar for kickbacks. I still get flashbacks from over 6 years ago when I tried this without knowing the bar needed to be clipped in place..I was waiting to show up on a gym fail video lol 😅

I wish some one would show how to even get in that position to do the exercises at the end 😂 everyone cuts it right to them laying and kicking the bar up…did you get help once you laid down getting the bar in your feet

The elevated single hip I feel it intensely in my hamstrings….why? Nothing in glutes!!!
