I recently started working out using weights. The main goal is to lose fat first and then build muscles. I fear that I'm doing moat of them wrong 😭. I do home exercises and no one to spot me and tell me if ny posture isn't straight or right. I hope i get better on my own. Thanks for the video shows a little bit of change can affect the whole exercise. zfchaudhry
