Today = my first day out of bed...after a 3 week battle with Covid. This is a perfect, easy routine for regaining much of the strength lost during recovery! Good timing, too - first day of my 76th year. Thanx for all your helpful input and encouragement!

Another little jewel to tuck into a day's exercise program to bring exercise time up to my daily goal. I have a laptop but prefer to leave it on my writing desk, so these exercises can be done against the back of my desk chair while it's agains the wall. Some movesI can do without holding on, but pushups, etc, can be done using the chair back. I was so proud of Aiko who did all the work perfectly, which was very inspirational to all your senior followers. Thank you, thank you, April and Aiko. Mochi was very vocal wasn't he???...Anastasia

This was fun, easy, and a nice stretch. I like that it was quick but I could easily do this a few times a day. Like so many seniors, surgery and illness has taken a physical and mental toll and having something so quick do to in the kitchen there are no excuses. It can only lead to more strength and stamina to move on to gradually more strenuous exercises. Well done! Also, get Mochi to do a few of these too 😃

Thanks for this! I'll be adding it to my collection of workouts. I like having a number of short ones so I can change up what I do from day to day. Also I appreciate that you don't ignore Mochi and are willing to pause and give kitty some attention! Pets are important too <3

Great tips in working out in small places. I always do this against the counter, push ups. Love the new exercises. Mochi is saying hey, I'm wanting to be fed. Where is my food. LOL. Thank you, love it!
