Dr. Berry,
I’ve started to adopt a carnivore diet; however, today I came across 3-4 articles that stated in no uncertain terms that meat, particularly red meat, makes you more vulnerable to colon cancer among others. I am T2 diabetic. The meat was delicious, and it was helping me to avoid excessive processed carbs. So, what’s a fell to do? Thanks.

What is your input on organs, should we combine liver and meat daily?

That may be...but...those animals ate vegetarian diets...foragedfrom their wild environment. And they were not fed corn every day of their life.

If you ask ChatGPT, it tries its best to convince you that human beings were consuming carbohydrates all the time. However, when you provide evidence to it, it simply says, "I apologize, it's correct, but you can't claim that human beings were primarily meat eaters." On the other hand, when you ask Bard, it gives you the correct answer. Isn't that weird?

There is literally an early human who ate nothing but sugar cane and had special extra grinding teeth for it. Our smart ape cousins, eg chimps, squirrel monkey, monkeys are not carnivores ( they eat mainly fruit and meat when there is not fruit).
