Thanks for much for your videos and explanation. Much appreciated! I had been suffering from knee pains for past 2 years and had been doing a lot of rehabs and now started to follow your short videos especially for knee pains but I still can’t squat past parallel. The middle of knees cap started hurting. What would be the best strengthening exercise to get past this pain?
