Hi, I'm Ryan Wexelblatt, LCSW aka "ADHD Dude". I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Social Worker, Certified ADHD Clinical Services Professional and a Dad.

The ADHD Dude methodology is a modern, skill-building approach to treating ADHD-related challenges (behaviors, executive functioning, managing emotions and social skills for boys). I make videos for parents as well as kids. The videos I create for kids are in the "Dude Talk" playlists.

The content here is for educational purposes only. I am not serving in a clinical capacity with the content provided in these videos and cannot provide clinical consultation or advice through video comments, email, social media, etc.

👩‍👦There are also Dude Talk playlists by age group (elementary, middle, high school).

Thank you for what you do! I got your information from my Facebook group. I agree with that you say it takes time and sometimes things need to get a little bit worse before they get better. It can be a tough road for all to navigate. You explains things so clearly in a nutshell so that it’s fast and easy to understand...but maybe that’s just me from researching/learning and being able to relate. Thanks again!!

I'm kicking myself for not thinking of a more clever name for my upcoming channel with some ADHD focus! Yours is so good!
Thank you for spreading awareness for ADHD. I plan to do the same soon.

Hello, I've just started down the ADHD Dude rabbit hole and there are a few changes my husband and I will be implementing in ourselves to help our son and daughter at home. But I'm wondering what can we do when our kids go to school? We're receiving emails from teachers regarding having to constantly prompt our daughter to stay on task, or that our son is constantly getting frustrated and running out of the room when he's expected to work on something he doesn't enjoy doing. What can we ask of our teachers in how to scaffold better behavior in our kids while at school?
