For everyone wondering this usally happens becouse of your internet. If you had like a router issue or just after restarting your router it happens just plug out the power source to your Xbox.
It's somekind of a network glitch where your Xbox can't download your cloud saved data that's why u can't acces your games.

Thanks so much man my gta wasn't starting for ages and it was really frustrating. I tried everything on the xbox support app and nothing worked. I even deleted it and reinstalled it but still nothing. I got to the point where I was thinking of buying a whole new xbox, but then I found this video and it completely solved my problem. You actually have no Idea how greatful I'm with your help. Saved me over $400 worth of content that to wouldn't load. Like Assassin's Creed Odyssey. And other's. For month's It wouldn't load Odyssey and now It wasn't loading other's. But I just unplugged It and let It sit for minutes and It all works again. I thought this thing was a brick. Thank you.

My BF1 wasn’t launching and I was unable to delete the saved data… the buttons were unresponsive. Don’t even think that I had this game installed via disk or anything to do with my disk drive but the first solution worked. Thank you so much 🙏

thank you so much, the method that worked for me was re plugging everything, i guess sometimes there can be a power surge while the xbox consoles are off but the power is still flowing though it. Taking out the power cord and plugging it again started all my games. thanks again
