Low carb bread mixtures are usually known for being too dense or crumbly when baked, but this recipe is not! It is cheesy, buttery, fluffy, but also firm enough to be toasted ... thanks to a special mixture of ingredients that I share in this video that make this bread absolutely delicious!

I just made it and used it to make a grilled cheese sandwich with american and swiss, tomato, ham and oregano. It was delicious!!! The bread is hearty and holds up to being flipped forcefully in a pan. Thank you so much for this recipe! ❤❤❤

I have already made your 2 minute keto bread twice and it was great!😋 Do you have to use unsweetened almond milk for this or will regular 2% milk work? I'd love to make this tomorrow morning BUT then I have to go get some almond milk first! 🙂

For those of us who do keto for health issues and need the macros, I entered the recipe in my Master Cook software and got this: For 2 slices, each slice: 145 Calories; 9g Fat (56.2% calories from fat); 13g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber;

290 Calories; 18g Fat (56.2% calories from fat); 27g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 253mg

Was on my way to the store and picked up the necessary items. My microwave is powerful so I put it on a little more than halfway. It's delicious but not as fluffy moist as yours. I'll adjust in the future. I didn't cover. Oops
