In my experience, I find that the subject matter or topic makes the biggest difference in peoples curiosity.

I always wondered the same thing, why are some people not curious? As for me I am so curious, I want to know more, I like to read books and listen to podcasts featuring intelligent people, i question everything, i want answers, i want to know, im so curious and nosy which enables me to read, i can not simply be content with this simple basic day to day life, there is way more to be discovered, what are we here for. One of the reasons I have issues in my relationship is Because I find it so frustrating that my partner is just incredibly incurious and he seems happy to just watch tv and go to work and do a few hobbies, but I on the other hand want to go deeper and unravel the mysteries of the human soul and mind, and I am so curious about the earth, who am I, where am I, why am I here, why do humans behave the way they do, psychology, technology and the metaphysics etc-Some people are curious in the wrong things.
