This helped me gain perspective when it comes to my alcoholic father who is abusive and has many serious mental illnesses. He's 68 years old and sugar daddies girls in their 20's. I've never been able to understand why he would never change and how he has always denied his problems; never being able to see how severely mentally ill and physically ill he is. This video gives me another perspective. - Also, I have almost completely emotionally disconnected myself from my father in order to focus on taking care of myself and focusing on my future. Thank you for this video; it has given me more perspective on my father's illnesses.

This has been legitimately so helpful in my life. I needed this. I've been trying to make everyone happy recently, and it makes me emotional and physically tired. Ive been trying to change people to be happy, but it's just so hard when they sit there refusing to change. This helped me realize I can't help everyone, and sometimes, they have to help themselves. I nearly cried. This short video explains how i feel right now. Im only looking for relief and not a cure, but thats only because i dont know how to cure. Im sick and tired of myself but i just dont know how to change it. My life is a downgoing spiral right now and im trying to make the best of it but things will only get worse and worse. I know that after the bad, comes good. But at this point i dont know if i can handle the bad.

I loved my ex boyfriend. truly loved him with all my heart and soul. But i am afraid that until he is tired of staying tired and sick, depressed. There is nothing i can DO to fix and help him. You are right, some people will not change no matter how much i wanted them too. So sad and so sad
