So how do you explain that I drank but not addicted I smoke quiet for 10 years restarted for 3 months just to teach my daughter that I could quiet again . But both my parents drink and smoke . Why can I stop so easy when others can’t. Your genetic explanation doesn’t make sense to me! Can my blood that is universal O donated change the outcome of addiction? 🤔 Have you tested this hypothesis ?

I have a genetic vulnerability to cigarettes and i have easy access to it but after almost a year of smoking i realized it wasn't cool anymore so i just walked away from it i am honestly confused as to why i haven't had any withdrawal symptoms after a few months without smoking

Very insightful podcast. But one thing to mention. Going yo non Muslim states for earning is prohibited in islam, as told by many established scholars.
