Remember to study your atomic structure, bonding and periodic table as those are the most giveaway chapters. Don't forget your state symbols if they ask for it while writing chemical equations! When you're doing a mole concept question and have no idea what's going on, literally just convert everything you can into moles. 99% of the time, things make sense afterwards.

6:43 There is an element that has 5 oxidation states (+2, +3, +4, +6, +7), and that is Manganese! This is the interesting thing about transition metal elements, is that they can have different oxidation states (because they possess d-orbitals) and these properties allow transition metal compounds to have different colours (both solid and solution) and intensities. I majored in chem for my degree and I can say that aside from organic chemistry, transition metal chemistry (or coordination chemistry) is one of the most interesting but notoriously difficult branch in chemistry. If you’re interested, you can look up some topics such as Crystal Field Theory (CFT).

Chem is goated lol. For IGCSE/GCSE, you basically learn everything you don't need to memorise by 13 from school, and you can study via the curriculum for the memorisation in 2-3 months.

During my olvl period I was legitimately a delinquent who decided to study last min. L1R5 41 to 14 in about 2 weeks so its definitely possible. Not sure if the same could be done for A’s though, you should attempt that next.
