We talk through how the 9-1 grades being introduced for GCSEs in England compare to the established A*-G grades.

If the old A* is a bit above the new 8, how can people doing new and old be treated equally?

This is so misinformed since grade 9 is A** and grade 8 is the old traditional A*. Universities are not going to differentiate between these grades for another 5 years.

On 55 it’s a B a person gets 58 then?

Is there a separate entry requirement for an ICE certificate? Bcz I fall into the category of distinction but I only got a igcse certificate.

Why did Cambridge put 2 curves for the same exam in Egypt. Cambridge put 2 codes for the same syllabus, the same exam and this resulted in 2 grade thresholds for the same subjects.... Severs injustice and unfairness

The new system sucks. Don't fix what's not broken. How is 9 an A*? 1 should be A*. When you're in a competition, you come first. Not ninth
