I had to come back and leave a comment. I just got feedback from my client and she absolutely loved the cake. I filled it with chocolate pastry cream. She said it was a huge success.. Definitely going to keep using this recipe.. It's a game changer.. Going to start offering fruit and cream filled Asian style cakes with it 😁😁

This is the best ever cake recipe I’ve ever found on the internet. It came out perfectly well for me with absolutely no defects! Evenly cooked, spongy texture, flat top. My husband couldn’t get enough it!

I was sceptical a bit before because this recipe does not have any oil or milk.. but then i tried this recipe yesterday to make my sister's birthday cake and it was a hit!!! My family praised me a lot! The cake was amazing in taste and texture too! Thanks for sharing with us such a lovely recipe♥️🎉🥳🎊

Made a half batch in muffin tins to try yesterday - perfect texture, so fluffy!It’s the sponge cake texture I’ve always strived for but never achieved until now. And it tastes so good for not having any butter in it. I used a teaspoon of vanilla paste to remove any egginess and it wasn’t too sweet. Thank you!

I did this recipe 3 times and each times it turned out great. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It helped me a lot cause I used to struggle to make my sponge cake using the traditional method. But this one turn out great each time I make my sponge using this method. Thank you so so much. 🙏

Yesterday, i made a birthday cake for my sis with this recipe. This is the best sponge cake recipe that i ever tried . At first, i was worried to baked with no milk and oil but it came out with great texture and taste. Really thanks for your recipe and i will try to make your other recipes.

I just baked the cake 5 minutes ago and i came here to thank you.. words will fall short to thank you❤️..but trust me I've watched like 15 to 20 videos of sponge cake but nothing worked literally nothing😭😭 i made almost 10 cakes but all failed. Some were hard some were concave shape etc etc. But today's cake is amazing. It's easy plus fluffy plus spongy☺️☺️i loved it..thank you so much

I made this today. Turned out great! It makes a big difference when egg yolk and whites are separated and whisked separately. Thank you for your recipe!
I also made the one with oil and milk. That turned out great too.

I just tried this yesterday though I was little sceptical as the recipe doesn’t use oil/butter. But…. This was by far the best sponge cake I have ever made…..Thank you so much for the recipe 🧡

Guys checking the comment section for review...must tell a perfect cake recipe you can have it with whipping cream and also without cream. It just melts in your mouth. A no fail recipe and yes a quick one too but i advice people to use 7 or 6 inch baking pan for a cake with a bit hight rest is just awesome👍thank you mam for such a recipe
