The blood flow happens if your diet is rich in antioxidants basically, the main antioxidants like Omega, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E are the natural antioxidants which we get from the food. However now the food is not having enough anti oxidants, so that's why we have to choose our food wisely in order to incorporate all these anti oxidants in the diet. Iron folic so the foods you should have would be green leafy vegetables like spinach and all the other greens and then some citrus fruits which are rich in vitamin C especially and antioxidants, you may need some dry fruits like walnuts for Vitamin E and flax seeds for Omega 3 . And then you have to consume more of this green fruits and vegetables especially green vegetables and salads because Vitamin C and most of the vitamins are water soluble and they cannot be available if the food is cooked and if it last long on the table, so you have to eat them fresh. You have to do more exercise to have better blood flow in a body.
