even Luther knew that the Catholic church was founded by Jesus

YES - As a convert, I didn't lose my right to say I'M A CHRISTIAN just because I became Catholic. I have many Catholic Christian friends and many have always been Catholic. I wouldn't be Catholic if Jesus were not 100% at the center of it all in the Catholic Church. He's the same Jesus that I have loved since my childhood. I was protestant for the first 50 years of my life. He was born of a virgin, shed his blood on the cross for the sins of the world, rose on the third day and sits at the right hand of the Father. He's the same yesterday, today and forever. Nothing anyone who says I'm not Christian because I'm a Catholic can change that or steal my joy in knowing Christ as my Savior. I love being a Catholic Christian. I could go on, but I'll stop for now :-)

That judgmental phariseeism towards people "not exactly like us" you talked about is one major reason I'm leaving the Church of Christ for the Catholic Church. I remember decades of thinking, when thinking about Christian history, how 99.9% of "Christians" for over 1400 years were probably lost "because they were Catholics, steeped in false doctrines. It's a Narrow Road, after all." It bothered me, but I accepted it because it fit with our very legalistic view of the Bible. In hindsight: what a puny God I envisioned! Our God is an awesome God, and He's mighty to save! Thank God those days are now over. Come RCIA, you can't get here soon enough!

Loved it! Not til I moved South did I encounter people who thought I was going to Hell because I was Catholic. I started to learn more about my faith then. Thanks!😇

Keith, you said no drive by evangelism but you make it so hard when you're putting out these awesome videos! I can think of a dozen friends that I want to send to in Facebook messenger 😂.

This Catholic follows Jesus Christ (a.k.a. a Christian), ... This Catholic reads the Bible daily, ... This Catholic is baptized of water AND the Holy Spirit. ... This Catholic is born again, ... This Catholic believes in the real presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist - - Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus, ... the Kingdom of God is at hand, ... it is time to repent, pray, fast, ... hold steadfast in faith ... put on The Whole Armor of God, ... for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

My first comment was before finishing your entire video! You make excellent, common sense and hard hitting points! Please make your rounds with others like Dr. T. Marshall and other Holy RCC apologists!

I've been dealing with this issue for years but I don't listen because only God can decide if I am a Christian or not.

I live in New Zealand where there is generally a good relationship between Catholics and non Catholics. In most towns and cities, the priests regularly meet with other pastors for prayer and fellowship. I get the feeling it is different in America. That's probably because America was founded on a Protestant form of Christianity.

Hi Keith, I found your arguments to be very compelling. They expose some of the great contradictions of Protestantism

One guy who says Catholics aren't Christians is Ray Comfort from the channel Living Waters. He's a very popular youtuber but it's disturbing how he's so misinformed about Catholics. It's cringe to watch that guy try to explain what Catholics believe and teach.
And then there's the Jimmy Swaggart ministry. Whew boy.

Keith, I love all that you do! The only thing I would suggest is Nixing the background music. Although it is subtle I find it very distracting and deterring from your message. Thanks!

I would be remiss if I said that we couldn't learn something from Protestantism. I am Catholic and was in a FOCUS bible study yesterday and my Catholic Theology major -leader said that we as Catholics do not read the bible enough. Make no mistake, we as Catholics read the bible, but we don't spend as much time as we should on it. The bible is the word of God and can be a great reference for helping to answer complex theological questions, but we cannot rely on Sola Scriptura or have an absolute/word-word reading of it, because that would be an intellectually astray. We have the ability to reason and that is one of the greatest gifts we possess as humans and I thank God for that. We should read the bible more, but read it and everything we encounter with REASON.
