Former Protestant here. I used to be one of those people who would be prejudiced against Catholic. Thank God for Covid. I was able to find many answers to my questions. I found your channel today. I have really enjoyed the content. I have been a catholic all my life but spent more than half my life as an agnostic. I'm practising again for about a year now by the grace of God and a lot of what you read from the catacism really hit home. Faith really is a gift from God. I thank him everyday for bringing me home. As a Catholic, I would never presume that I am going to Heaven.
I want to go to Heaven...its just these pesky sins that I am worried about!
If I had to judge myself, I woukd start out say "well, I am a good person, afterall, I haven't killed anyone!)
But then, the things I don't say out loud. Like my stingyness..my anger..my judgement on others..gossip..etc...
These things are my bigger problems!
I know there are people who think you aren't going to Heaven just because your Catholic.
I worry about how many Protestants believe what the Church teaches...but due to their anti-Catholic bias...just can't convert!
We need to pray for all people, that they find the fullness of truth in our Lord's Church! 🙏
